FOOD VENDOR INFORMATION

Dates: Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 February

Times: 7.30am - 9.00pm each day

Venue: Dunsborough Foreshore, Geographe Bay Road, Dunsborough (end of Dunn Bay Road)

Over the Dunsborough Arts Festival weekend, we are seeking a variety of different food vendors that meet specific logistical requirements. Details are included below.

Group A: Vendors offering icecream, drinks and donuts will be situated on the grass and may stay in place and trade all weekend, day and night. Two day fee: $TBC + GST

Group B: Vendors offering more substantial food that are required for both Saturday and Sunday nights only. These will be located on the Geographe Bay Road parking bays on Saturday night and either the parking bays or on the closed road on Sunday night. Two day fee: $TBC + GST

Group C: Vendors offering more substantial food that are required for Sunday night only, when larger crowds are expected, and additional space is available due to the road closure. These will be located either on the Geographe Bay Road parking bays or on the closed road. One day fee: $TBC + GST

Bump In

Group A may bump in on Friday 27 February.

Group B and C will be allocated a specific bump-in window from 3pm on Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 February.

Vendors will be guided into location on arrival. Note that there is no security through the day.

Summary of the Program

Saturday:

Sculptures by the Bay opens (outdoor exhibition)
Workshops close by - drumming, art, Zumba 10.30am-1pm
Circus and youth band from 1pm-3pm
Country and Western Concert 5pm – 8.30pm

Sunday:

Sculptures by the Bay continues
Art Market 8.30am-1.30pm (no space is available for food vans in the parking bays on Geographe Bay Road)
Dunsborough X Factor (youth talent competition) 9.30am-11.30am
Art Workshops 10am-1pm
Circus and youth band 1pm-3pm
Concert and Fireworks 5pm-9pm

Parking

No parking is available on site. You will be given a parking pass to allow for temporary drop offs and deliveries but you will need to move your car to a nearby parking area.

Power

If you require power, you will need to bring your own power leads that have been tagged and tested. We recommend very long extension cords. We will have a generator on hand but have limited power available and no extra leads.
